We offer white label public charging solutions to automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and fleet operators. PUBLIC CHARGING

We offer full service white label solutions that enable OEMs to provide a fully integrated e-mobility experience.

Depending on the specific requirements of our OEM customers, elements of our full-service white-label solutions include a website which features product information, tariffs, a charging network map and account management. Furthermore, our solutions comprise an app for iOS and Android including intelligent route planning to find charging stations conveniently at the destination or along a route, as well as the option of activating charging stations directly via the app.

As a reliable and experienced partner we accompany our OEM customers along the entire path of co-developing, implementation and realization of these white-label solutions - from onboarding to strategic consulting.

With our high-quality e-mobility solutions, we improve the user experience of EV drivers by enabling them to find, use and pay for electric charging seamlessly and conveniently worldwide.

FIND

Users of our white-label solutions can easily find charging stations online, using the app or in the head unit of their car - these are provided by DCS or the respective automobile manufacturer.

USE

Charging stations can be conveniently used with an RFID card, app or via Plug and Charge. The respective authentication options depend on the respective charging station in question and are displayed on app and web.

PAY

Customers will be invoiced monthly for their transactions based on the aligned tariffs between DCS and the OEM. Tariffs can differ per customer group, market or other criteria. Those tariffs may include time-based fees, energy-based fees or flat rates.

For public charging we rigorously invest into the quality management of charging data to achieve a best-in-class customer experience. Users of our service have access to the largest public charging network in Europe. Charging stations can be found conveniently via the CHARGE NOW for Business app.

Workplace:

With our solution, companies can enable their employees and visitors to conveniently charge on company premises during or after working hours. To this end, company charging points are displayed and made accessible exclusively to drivers who are authorised to use them. These company-specific charging options can also be integrated into our publicly accessible charging network, thus opening up further opportunities for monetisation.

Home:

In future, company car drivers can choose the appropriate service and hardware wallbox and therefore also conveniently charge their electric cars at home. A direct connection between the respective wallbox and the driver’s saved account will enable an overview of the charging processes carried out at home and the reimbursement of the electricity costs incurred by the driver.
