Looking at the recent developments in Germany we as DCS want to reinforce our belief in diversity, freedom and democracy for a healthy society.

Petr Füzék is the new Director Business Line OEM at DCS. Petr has many years of experience in the automotive, e-mobility and charging infrastructure sectors. As of now, he is responsible for the OEM area as Team Lead and will expand it through further cooperations as well as further consolidate existing ones.

Robert Schwegler is the new Chief Technology Officer of the Digital Charging Solutions GmbH. He has many years of experience in diverse industries and will now be responsible for leading our international technology teams.

In the latest issue of automotive magazine ATZ, CPO Bernd Vollmayr explains how important comprehensive digitization of the charging process is for the breakthrough of e-mobility. He states that smart technologies can significantly simplify charging and describes how the DCS services CHARGE NOW and CHARGE NOW for Business are already enabling a seamless user experience.

Digital Charging Solutions serves automotive manufacturers and fleet operators and now helps Audi to launch their e-tron Charging Service in Japan, by providing access to a large charging network with 21.700 charge points.

CHARGE NOW, which is provided by DCS, is Europe's leading aggregator of charging infrastructure and therefore a key driver for higher market penetration of electric mobility. CHARGE NOW's charging services already provide access to 85 percent of the European charging network in 30 European markets. It comprises more than 130,000 charge points and contracts with around 400 charge point operators. 

The CHARGE NOW service developed by Digital Charging Solutions (DCS) gives electric car drivers access to one of the largest charging networks in Europe. So that users can thus find and use the nearest charging station as easily and conveniently as possible, the app has now been equipped with additional improved features.

Digital Charging Solutions GmbH (DCS) now cooperates with the Mobi.E charging station network and allows customers of its partner automobile manufacturers standardized and convenient charging in Portugal. DCS provides access to more than 120,000 charging points in 28 markets and is thus intensively driving the transition to global electric mobility.

The BMW Group plans to expand its charging infrastructure for electric vehicles by 4,100 additional charging stations by 2021. With just one contract and one charging card, Audi customers have access to more than 72,000 charging points operated by 220 providers.
